DELIVERY INFORMATION
For deliveries within mainland UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Parcelforce.
We try to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and straightforward as possible right down to the delivery of your goods and understand that everyone would like their new purchase as soon as possible:
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours (working days). This can be up to 72 hours in November and December due to increased demand.
We are a very small team that work Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays and Sundays are for family and friends. Please understand this when contacting us. We do care, we care a lot, and do go above and beyond when we can.
Monday to Friday are working days. Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. Please expect slight delays during extended bank holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas.

UK CUSTOMERS
We charge £4.00 for all UK parcels, no matter what the size or weight is.
Orders over £100 are free delivery.
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Monday to Friday are working days. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working (business) days. Please expect slight delays during extended bank holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship to most places in the world and delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. Please contact us at info@woodandmeadow.com if you have an queries about international shipping.
Please note, we do not cover import duties, customs or local sales taxes on international shipments.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Wood & Meadow, but if not we can offer you a refund on any item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us. It must be in a resalable condition, and be in the original packaging.
Wood & Meadow is not responsible for the returned goods while in transit, and are not responsible for loss or damage - we recommend you use a fully trackable service with adequate insurance, and pack the goods thoroughly, using new packaging material if necessary, as damage to goods whilst in transit remains the customer's responsibility until received by Wood & Meadow.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse your return postage costs.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods, contact us straight away and we'll endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage when possible.
Important: Please include the original order number and details and tell us it's on its way to us - we need to know who to refund when it arrives.
