DELIVERY INFORMATION

For deliveries within mainland UK we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We try to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and straightforward as possible right down to the delivery of your goods and understand that everyone would like their new purchase as soon as possible. Each parcel will require a signature upon delivery for safety and security reasons. If you have any questions please email us at info@woodandmeadow.com.


UK CUSTOMERS

We charge £3.95 for all UK parcels, no matter what the size or weight is. 

Orders over £100 are free delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days.

Christmas 2018 - Latest recommended date for a Christmas delivery is the 18th December.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship to most places in the world and delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. Please contact us at info@woodandmeadow.com if you have an queries about international shipping.

Please note, we do not cover import duties, customs or local sales taxes on international shipments.


REFUND POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Wood & Meadow, but if not we can offer you a refund on any item returned to us unused and in a saleable condition with 14 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.

In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods, contact us straight away and we'll endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage when possible.
