CEREAL Magazine Volume 16 - A/W 2018

This issue focusses on the subject of COLLECTING, exploring many different interpretations of this theme - from collecting art, furniture and books, to collecting wisdom and memories, and acquiring land in an ever-evolving approach to conservation. They asked what collecting means to people we admire across multiple industries, in interviews with designers Phillip Lim and Pierre Yovanovtich, artist Daniel BurenRainer Judd of the Judd Foundation, and curator Hans Ulrich Obrist, to name a few.

They also visit the Dolomites, in South Tyrol, Italy, where they meet with mountaineering legend Reinhold Messner, and architect Peter Pichler; and they escape to Lake ComoVenice, and Kyoto. The style pages include a seasonal fashion edit, and a still life series of scarves.

The magazine, published twice a year, is divided into city-specific chapters. Each chapter comprises stories on places, people and products, paired with striking photography. An interlude section, included in every volume, features a selection of style and culture articles.

Cereal Volume 16 is over 180 pages. Perfect bound and printed in full colour on FSC-approved uncoated paper in the UK.
